Best Luxury Trailer Parks in the World

The best luxury trailer park in the world in 2026 is BlueWater Key RV Resort in the Florida Keys, where a single premier lot was listed at $1,175,000 in May 2026. Our list covers ten high-end trailer and motorcoach resorts in the United States, South Africa and France.

Luxury trailer parks differ from ordinary parks in who owns the land: at most of these, each site is privately owned and owners rent them out when away. We ranked on site quality, what the best lot costs and how easy it is to stay as a visitor. Prices come from operator pages and 2026 listings that we checked in October 2026; they change often.

9 Tiger Run Resort, Breckenridge, Colorado, USA RV sites from about $80 to $170 a night; chalets and cabins
10 Bigfork Motorcoach Resort, Montana, USA About 29 private sites, a few available to rent

1. BlueWater Key RV Resort, Florida Keys, USA

BlueWater Key tops our list because it is where the trailer park idea reaches its limit: every site is privately owned, many have a private dock and a tiki hut, and a premier Bayside Platinum lot (number 64, with dock and golf cart) was listed at $1,175,000 in May 2026.

Owners rent their sites out when they are away. The resort operator lists nightly rates of $109 to $350, and the most recent guest report we found was $300 a night in May 2026. Rates depend on the owner and the site.

2. Motorcoach Country Club, Indio, California, USA

Motorcoach Country Club is in Indio in the Coachella Valley, close to Palm Springs rather than in it. This is a gated motorcoach resort with golf, and 2026 listings for individual lots range from about $145,000 to $510,000, with a lot that has its own pool and dock at about $460,000.

Owners also pay a monthly HOA fee (listings show roughly $760 to $933) and a food and beverage minimum of about $2,080 a year. The resort is for Class A motorhomes only.

3. Old Mac Daddy, Elgin, South Africa

Old Mac Daddy turns a country estate near Cape Town into a themed Airstream and caravan hotel. The property lists about 12 trailer suites for two and a three-room villa, with a restaurant on site.

It has been popular for weddings and weekend breaks. We found no published 2026 rates, so contact the property before planning a budget.

4. The Grand Daddy Hotel Airstreams, Cape Town, South Africa

The Grand Daddy is a Long Street hotel with seven Airstream trailer suites on its roof, each decorated by a different artist, next to an outdoor cinema and bar. It is the best urban option on the list.

The only published rates we found are from 2017 (about R3,195 to R4,295 a night for an Airstream suite), so use them as a rough guide only and check the hotel for the 2026 rate.

5. Polson Motorcoach and RV Resort, Montana, USA

Polson sits in the Flathead Lake region with views of the Mission Mountains. It admits Class A motorhomes only, with 200-amp power on its 61 sites, and the operator lists a nightly rate of $79 to $299 with a season from 15 April to 15 October.

Facilities include a pool and hot tub, a gym and mini golf. A guest reported paying about $300 a night in September 2024, so peak weeks can run higher than the base rate.

6. Motorcoach Resort at The Refuge, Lake Havasu City, Arizona, USA

The Refuge motorcoach resort is in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. It has 61 sites with full hookups and Wi-Fi and is open to Class A vehicles of 30 feet or longer and under 11 years old.

Guests can pair a stay with golf at the country club. One promotion we saw bundled three nights with two rounds of golf for $165, but treat it as an example of how deals are structured rather than a standing price.

7. Belrepayre Airstream and Retro Trailer Park, Manses, France

Belrepayre is a retro Airstream park at the foot of the Pyrenees. The local tourism listing gives 2026 nightly rates of 50 to 120 euros for two people depending on the model, and a booking platform lists vintage trailers from about 72 euros and the Summer Suite from about 112 euros.

It is the least expensive stay on the list. Opening dates vary between listings (one gives 1 April to 31 October 2026), so confirm before booking.

8. Hearthside Grove Luxury Motorcoach Resort, Petoskey, Michigan, USA

Hearthside Grove is a Class A motorcoach resort in the Little Traverse Bay area with a clubhouse, pool and cafe. It is open all year and requires a 30 foot minimum motorhome.

The operator lists nightly rates of $90 to $350, though that range is undated. A guest reported $180 a night in October 2025. Stays are capped at 21 days.

9. Tiger Run Resort, Breckenridge, Colorado, USA

Tiger Run sits between the Swan and Blue Rivers near Breckenridge, with an indoor pool in the clubhouse, trails and a tennis court. Most RV sites are privately owned and all have full hookups.

It also rents chalets and cabins. A cabin quoted $339 for one night in October 2026 on a booking site, and directory listings give $140 to $270 for on-season lodging, which varies by date. Pop-up campers and tents are not allowed.

10. Bigfork Motorcoach Resort, Montana, USA

Bigfork Motorcoach Resort is a small, owner-run park on the north-east side of Flathead Lake. Reports describe about 29 privately owned sites with 50-amp power, Wi-Fi and a 45 foot size limit.

Only a handful of sites are open to rent (a booking listing shows five), the season runs roughly May to October, and we found no published nightly rate.
