Bowlen is a Korean native, raised in Oklahoma, so it’s only normal for him to include a part of his culture in his restaurant. One of the most overhyped restaurants in the United States, Mission Chinese Food serves things such as kung pao pastrami, cumin lamb breast and riff on mapo tofu.
