As I’ve said earlier, Animal chefs Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo are a real inspiration in the cooking world, so along with Ludo Lefebvre, they’ve opened Trois Mec, an exciting place to dine in.
Even though the restaurant was pretty much amazing in the first place, it has got even better. Creative dishes and an impressive wine list, along with French hip-hop in the background, this is what Trois Mec is about.
The surprising dishes offer from delicious grilled cabbage leaf with silken miso flan, smoked almond milk anglaise and fennel pollen to a dessert made out of brie creme, apple butter and toasted barley.
Remember to buy tickets in advance before going to Trois Mec, because that’s the way they do it!
