2.Bern’s Steakhouse, Florida – 500.000 bottles
The second largest wine collection in the world is Bern’s Steakhouse.
This Florida-based winery was founded in 1956 and now it’s run by David Laxer, the son of the owner. The 500.000 bottles collection is so large, that employees happen to stumble upon rare wines unexpectedly, their latest discovery being a $30.000 bottle of 1947 Chateau Latour, one of the most expensive wines in the world.
Bern’s Steakhouse has a restaurant named Side Bern’s, and both a wine and a liquor store.
So if you want to properly drink, now you know where to go! You might even meet George Bush, who is known to having dined at Bern’s twice during his term.
