1. Bucky killed Tony Stark’s parents
The most agonizing truth from Civil War was revealed at the very crucial moment. As we know, Tony’s parents were killed in a car crash when he was young. Before he was the Iron Man. Their deaths had been a mystery. Now, the answer has finally come.
At the beginning of the movie, there was another jaw-dropping moment prior to this: a far younger version of Tony. The CGI technology really deserves our applause. He was seen in a simulation (generated by Tony himself) of his last moment with his parents before they left and got killed in a car accident.
Tony had to learn the hard truth from a recorded CCTV feed on the day his parents died. Their accident was staged by one man under Hydra’s order. The man was Bucky himself.
In the end, Captain America protected Bucky from Tony’s raging grudge. Capt. had to damage Tony’s artificial heart to stop him from killing Bucky. Capt. dropped his Vibranium shield and took off with his best friend.
