The architects split the program into two volumes so the slope of the site stayed intact. The upper one rests on the peak of the dune and extends over a patio, which means the house sits on the dune instead of flattening it.

The concrete is warmed up by quebracho timber louvers, which screen privacy and cut the afternoon sun. Inside, the plan is laid out for family time: quiet mornings, barbecues, long evenings.
