7. Jimbaran Luxury Resort – Tyra Banks
The beauty brand boss, Tyra Banks, visited Bali back in 2013. She didn’t just enjoy her holiday here, but she was also making money. What a way to live up to her brand!
It was during the Cycle 20 of her popular reality TV show, America’s Next Top Model. And it was not just some ordinary episodes, but the grand finale!
The models had a photo shoot at green rice fields around Gianyar. This part of Bali is located a bit up north of the city. So it gives you that cooler weather of mountains. Although Tyra still thinks it was hot.
Then the grand finale runway was held at a luxury resort in Jimbaran. This one is located down South. Looks like Tyra knows her way around Bali, don’t you think? Well, apparently she lived here for a while, as she mentioned on the ANTM promotional YouTube video.
