2. Michael Jackson ($1 million)
Talking about changes of appearance, perhaps the late Michael Jackson embodied that the most. From his nose, cheeks, chin, lips, jawline, forehead, even to his skin color changed from time to time. And according to some experts, Michael might have suffered from body dysmorphic disorder, with which he was never happy with his appearance no matter how many surgeries he had.
The king of pop admitted that he disliked his nose, as he used to be called “fat nose”. And when he broke his nose during a dance rehearsal at the age of 21, he had rhinoplasty for the first time. Since then, his nose got smaller and smaller. Despite his statement that he only had two nose jobs, some experts believe that he had at least six of them to the point he had barely had anything left for a nose due to cartilage collapse. Because of that, he had it rebuilt.
And he obviously had a cleft placed in his chin, cheekbone lifts and reconstruction, lip augmentation, eyelid procedure, jawline surgery, and forehead lift. He always denied it, but the changes on his face were too obvious.
Dr. Wallace Goodstein, who worked beside Michael’s surgeon in the 1990s, said that Michael was a frequent customer who came in around every two months. With that many plastic surgeries and some of them were done more than once, Michael should have spent at least $1 million on plastic surgery.
