9. Jenna Dewan Tatum
Many of us know Jenna from dance movie Step Up. In the movie she met her husband Channing Tatum.
She may have played in several movies, but one thing remained constant throughout her career: her fit body.
A part of it may be due to her past as a dancer, and according to Jennifer Johnson, her trainer, she incorporates dancing in her routine.
Dewan Tatum tries to squeeze in three to five gym sessions in a week, often starting with a thirty minute dance warm-up. Then Johnson pulls out resistance bands, they do some kickboxing, abs work, some work with the ballet bar, and more.
