Get Inside Channing Tatum’s New $6 Million Beverly Hills Empire
People magazine’s “Sexiest Man Alive” in 2012, Channing Tatum takes his family life to another level with his latest acquisition: a $6 million Beverly Hills empire!
Hollywood’s pretty boy will be moving in the new residence soon, together with his wife and Step up dancing partner, Jenna Dewan-Tatum and their 21-month-old daughter, Everly.
The happy family is going to live in one of the most exclusive areas in Beverly Hills surrounded by other front line celebrities. So I’m wondering, how is this gonna go? Is he going to knock on Demi Moore or Harry Style’s door to ask for a cup of sugar? That’s an interesting picture.
Anyway, the house was originally built in 1950 and ever since then, there was a string of celebrities that have spent a part of their lives inside.
The mansion was owned from 1984 to 1994 by Carrie Fisher, or as you probably know her Princess Leia, and David Soul of Starsky&Hutch, passed to Hollywood talent agent Kevin Huyane and then eventually bought by Roberto Snaider in 2011 for about $4.5 million.
The Mexican filmmaker was the one that sold the mansion to the Tatum family, making it possible for the family to upgrade their empire.
The Hamptons-esque residence sits on 1-acre land and measures 4,835 square feet of living space offering 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms with double-height ceilings.
And beside all the spacious rooms with verandas attached, the house also shelters a spa, a media room and a library. Or if the Tatums get bored inside, they can always relax outside through the beautiful gardens or enjoy the canyon views from the super-private swimming pool.
Also, as if the main house wasn’t enough there are not one, not two, but four guest suites with two of them located in the main guesthouse that benefits from a private entrance and fireplace.
Tatum and her gorgeous wife Dewan own another LA residence with three bedroom and three bathrooms in Laurel Canyon, but it seems that wasn’t nearly enough for them as they went, well…for double.
Unfortunately, Channing will not be home too much in the upcoming period to enjoy the new empire as he has no less than seven films set to come out in 2016. Poor Jenna, with a 21-month-old and a huge mansion she’s going to need an army of people to take care of everything.
