If you study abroad, you know the feeling when you arrive home on Christmas holiday and see the town/city full of ornaments and Christmas lights and trees. Maybe it’s one of the list that we prepared for you. Let’s get started!
New York, USA
We all have seen just once in this life time the famous Christmas tree on Rockefeller Center in New York City. At least in movies. Because we all have seen ‘Home Alone’ on Christmas Eve, right? There you can also enjoy the ice skating.

Paris, France
Paris is one of the most beautiful destinations if you’re looking to spend your Christmas somewhere full of Christmas spirit. Also known as the City of Light, Paris demonstrates us that it deserves this nickname, especially during December. Champs-Elysees is known as the most beautiful avenue in the world. Have you wonder how would this avenue look like on Christmas time? EALUXE will show you. Champs-Elysees is placed between the Arc de Triomphe and the Place de la Concorde. So, you’re about to see 2 kilometers of Christmas lights and ornaments. 200 trees along the avenue are embellished with tinsel and lights.

Also, don’t forget to check out Hotel de Ville, where you can find an open-air ice rink with free entry, or Galeries LaFayette. And if you’re one of the luckiest person in the world and go to DisneyLand, well … boo hoo! I envy you! Very much!

London, England
The London Eye is 135 meters tall and has a diameter of 120 meters. Now, imagine 135 and 120 meters of Christmas lights. Ain’t that quite a view?!

Although this awesome house is not in London, I just had to show you. This building is adorned with 100.000 bulbs and costs over 30.000 British pounds. You can see this piece of art in Melksham.

Who doesn’t wait with impatience the Christmas Coke Truck ?

Prague, Czech Republic

Warsaw, Poland
If the Christmas finds you in Poland, you’re lucky. During the season, there are a lot of markets and fairs in Warsaw. They are placed in fron of the Palace of Culture and Science, Defilad and Zamkowy. You’ll find the best gingerbread ever. The shopping malls are open 7 days a week, between 10 and 21 o’clock.
They take Christmas very seriously, so don’t go in Poland if you just want to spend a ‘wild’ Christmas with your friends. (meaning just party, visit something because after all you’re in a foreign country, party again, visit something again).
