McDonald’s Imperial Porto, Portugal
This McDonald’s restaurant is one of the coolest in the world even if you are not a fast food enthusiasts.
Placed in a historic building dating to 1930, the restaurant as we see it, is from 1995 after the desire to restore Aliados Avenue, an iconic street in Porto.
The name was given after the Eagle placed on the facade, which was there before, when the place was called “Imperial Cafe“.
So i was telling you the food it’s like in every McDonald’s joint out there, having a normal snack menu and adding to it specialties like the “McCaffe” a genuine coffee shop.
But this is not what make’s it unique and cool. The inside of the place is full of Art Deco stained glass windows and the ornamental chandeliers posing from the tall roofs giving it the air of the social life of the 1930’s.
The Italian’s did a great job on building luxury restaurants! ->
