Here are 15 Deadliest Assassins in All-Time History

9. Vincent Coll (1908 – 1932)

Back in the days, it was not Italian who ruled the mobster world. It was the Irish. And Vincent Coll was one of the top hit-men of Irish American mob in New York City.

He was recruited by a mob boss named Dutch Schultz as a hitman when he was just a teenager. He was actually charged with several murders by the age of 19. But somehow the charges were dismissed. It is believed that it had something to do with Schultz’s influence in the city.

As the teenager became a man, Vincent the Mad Dog demanded to be Schultz’s equal partner. This demand was, of course, denied. So, Vincent decided to fly solo and form is own gang. And his gang was engaged in a shooting war with Schultz which killed around twenty people.

The grudge between the two grew bigger and bigger. Schultz and Vincent’s other enemies finally put $50,000 bounty on Vincent’s head. And after living in hiding, he was finally tracked down and taken down by three gunmen in a phone booth. He died instantly.
