Commissioned in 1996 by David Saperstein and his wife, Suzanne, Fleur de Lys was placed on the market in 2006.
And stars like Mariah Carey and Tamara Ecclestone didn’t hesitate to offer huge amounts of money. However, it appears that the house is still on the market.
Covering an area of 45.000 square feet, the $125- million Fleur de Lys features 12 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, a 50-seat theater, a large ballroom and a 1.200-meter running track.
Modelled after King Louis XIV’s Palace of Versailles, Fleur de Lys is definitely a home that any human being would love to own.
