4. The End of History ($2.16 per ml)
Named after a book by philosopher Francis Fukuyama, some people bought this beer just to collect the bottle. That is how unique The End of History’s packaging is.
I don’t know what went through The Scottish brewery BrewDog’s mind when it came up with the packaging idea. The beer is bottled in the carcass of a taxidermied critter, usually a weasel, a hare, or a squirrel. Each of them contains 12 oz of beer.
Only eleven bottles of this expensive beer were produced and sold out. Each of them is sold for $765. It makes it worth $2.16 per ml.
Since the controversial packaging attracted many people, a few copy cats popped out along the way. So, even though you wouldn’t find the original one, you can get the similar ones with cheaper price.
