The Cosmopolitan is the most expensive building in United States and the fourth most expensive in the world. Built in 2010, the construction cost was $3.9 billion or $4.27 billion today. This building has 52 floors and 184-meter height. Designed by Friedmutter Group with Arquitectonica, it is currently owned by The Blackstone Group.
