We are back to Las Vegas, United States. This time, we are going to take a look at Wynn Resort. Like all previous most expensive buildings we have seen from Vegas, Wynn is also a casino resort.
Within these 215 acres of luxury, there are world renowned automakers dealerships, fine dining restaurants, indoor garden, golf club, theater, nightclubs, and boutiques. It is as if Butler/Ashworth Architects and Jerde Partnership designed a place where nobody will ever want to leave.
Wynn was built in 2005. The construction cost was $2.7 billion or $3.36 billion today. This building has 45 floors and 187-meter height. It is currently owned by Steve Wynn’s Wynn Resorts Limited.
