The 2-door sports concept car was unveiled at the 2002 Detroit Auto Show to celebrate Cadillac’s 100th anniversary. And that’s why this car received the name ‘Cien’, meaning ‘100’ in Spanish.
Designed by Simon Cox, the car was featured in the 2005 film ‘The Island’.
It had a longitudinally mounted 60-degree, 7.5-liter V12 engine which produced 950 HP and 750 lb ft of torque.
This experimental engine had direct injection and displacement on demand, which allowed the engine to run on only 8 cylinders under light road.
With the help of the UK-based engineering company Prodrive, the Cadillac Cien was built as a fully working road-going car.
And for $4 million, you could be its lucky driver.
