First introduced in 2005, the Cadillac XLR-V was the successor of the Cadillac Allante, produced from 1987 to 1993.
Unveiled on February 6, 2005, at Super Bowl, the car used the same supercharged Northstar V8 as the STS-V.
Its engine was certified by the SAE to produce 330 kW and 414 lb ft.
This luxury car could accelerate to 60 mph in 4.6 seconds and its supercharger and 4 intercoolers were built into the intake manifold. The car’s top speed was limited to 155 mph.
Other features include a 6-speed automatic transmission, 19-inch wheels and larger brakes from the Z51 Corvette.
