N6. 1931 Bugatti Royale Kellner Coupe: $14.9 million
We move a bit from the Ferrari cars and focus on Bugatti Royale Kellner Coupe. A nice, luxurious car like this must be a rarity.
In truth it is. Only 6 Royale cars were ever produced. They planned on making more awesome cars like that, but the Great Depression put its mark on the production.
This car was so expensive when they first made it that even royalty had second thoughts about it.
Its best feature is the 12.7 liter power plant engine which was intended to be used in airplanes.
This model was a part of Ettore Bugatti’s personal collection which sold in a Christie’s auction in London for about $14,900,000.
