When it was first produced in 2006, the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano was the fastest Ferrari’s road car. It was last produced in 2012 but still popular among grand tourer enthusiasts, including Floyd Mayweather.
This Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano is powered by a 6-liters Tipo F140 C V-12 engine. It comes with two kinds of transmission: 6-speed manual and 6-speed F1 sequential.
This model is probably most related to Formula 1. Besides applying some of its technology, it was used for several key developments of the manufacturer. One of them is the Kinetic Energy Recovery System (KERS) which focused on using alternative energy sources.
