Titania’s Palace is a miniature castle hand-built in Ireland by James Hicks & Sons.
The miniature dollhouse went up on auction at Sotheby’s England but it got lost in a bidding war to Denmark where you can find it today.
It was commissioned by Sir Neville Wilkinson from 1907 to 1922. The 18-room and salons dollhouse measures 4’1″ tall and it was built in a 12:1 scale.
It features hand-carved mahogany furniture and 3000 tiny works of art and miniatures from around the world.
Designed by English painter and officer, Sir Neville Wilkinson for his daughter Guendolen, this mini-castle dollhouse it was one of the most expensive toys.
