Added to that is Madagascar vanilla covered in 23K edible gold leaf. That drizzling chocolate is made of the world’s most expensive chocolate, Amedei Porcelana. And it is covered with chunks of Chuao chocolate, which is from cocoa beans harvested by the Caribbean Sea on Venezuela’s coast.
Those luxurious elements are topped with the exclusive Grand Passion Caviar. It is made of salt-free American Golden caviar, known for its sparkling golden color.
On top of that, the sundae is served in a baccarat Harcourt crystal goblet with 18K gold spoon. Bundled with $1,000 per serving, this was the world’s most expensive dessert dish served in a restaurant until the record was broken by another dessert from this list.
