In 2012, at a billionaire club event aboard the luxury boat J. Craft Torpedo in Monaco, designer Debbie Wingham introduced her 55 2-carat black diamonds gown.
The dress is adorned in black diamonds, white gold diamonds, embellished beading and features a gold chainmail to top it off.
The dress is made from hand detailing and weighs 13 kilograms.
This is what I call a luxurious dress.
