4. Resorts World Sentosa, Singapore ($7.22 billion)
Resorts World Sentosa is located in Singapore. This enormous construction brings all kinds of entertainments to all of its visitors.
It is only 10-floor and 50-meter high but the whole resort spans across 120-acre area. Need I explain more why this is the fourth most expensive man made attraction in the world?
It was built in 2010. The construction cost was $6.59 billion or $7.22 billion today. Designed by Michael Graves, it is currently owned by Genting Group.
The Resorts World Sentosa employs 10,000 people just to run the place. Inside this huge resort, there are Universal Studios, casino, Marine Life Park, and the largest oceanarium in the world. There are two similar resorts from the same developer, one in Malaysia (Resorts World Genting) and the other one in Philippines (Resorts World Manila).
