Looking at that picture is as if you are looking at a gold bar reaching up to the sky in the middle of a desert. The windows of this 64-story hotel are indeed gilded with 24-carat gold. It definitely embodies the glamorous side of Las Vegas.
This Trump Hotel was opened in 2008. This 3.46-acre property is located on Fashion Show Drive. And it has 1,282 rooms available. 300 of them are condominium units which were sold to Hilton Grand Vacation.
This is actually a joint development with other two billionaires, Jack Wishna and Phil Ruffin. Donald Trump’s stake is valued at $162 million.
The whole property itself is valued at around $300 million. Not bad for Las Vegas’s tallest building.
