The Trump Tower is a 58-story property of both business and residential. In 1983, the Trump Organization cooperated with the Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States to develop this property.
Trump owns the whole business sector of the building which are used for commercial and retail. This part of the building is valued at $460 million.
Besides the Trump’s personal residence, the Trump Tower also serves as the headquarter of the Trump Organization.
