3. Trump Entertainment Resorts in Atlantic City (Value: $600 million)
The Trump Entertainment Resorts include Trump Taj Mahal, Trump Plaza, and Trump Castle or Trump Marina. They are located in Atlantic City.
However, they are no longer owned by Donald Trump. These resorts were just sold to Icahn Enterprises earlier this year.
Unlike his other estate properties, he sold this one out of debt. The Trump Entertainment Resorts company was suffering from bankruptcy since 2001. By the end of 2014, it owed $1.2 billion in debt.
Technically, the ownership of this business was just transferred from Trump to Icahn. Now, Carl Icahn is the owner of this $600 million property.
