2. Trump International Hotel and Tower in Chicago (Value: $1.2 billion)
We are down to the last two of Donald Trump’s most expensive properties. This is the second Trump International Hotel and Tower on this list. This one is located in Chicago.
It is located next to the main branch of the Chicago River to be exact. It offers the amazing view of Lake Michigan. Probably, that is why Bill Rancic chose this over the golf course and resort in Los Angeles.
This building has been a trademark of the Chicago skyline since 2008. It is 1,170 feet tall (1,389 feet if you include the spire and roof topping). There are 339 hotel rooms available in it. Plus, a five-star restaurant is on the 16th floor which inspired its name, Sixteen.
The whole building is valued at $1.2 billion. Donald Trump holds a $112 million stake of the property.
