10. Trump Park Avenue in New York (Value: $142 million)
After his Seven Springs Estate and his personal penthouse in Trump Tower, next up is the third Trump’s property in New York. It is the Trump Park Avenue. It is located at the 59th Street Park Avenue.
This one is a 23-apartments building. You can rent one unit for about $100,000 per month. If there is no unit available, you can go to Trump Parc Condominiums. There are 19 more apartment units available there.
The units on both apartments are not sold, but rented. However, the penthouse units were sold for about $21 million per unit.
Donald Trump lived in one of them before selling it in 2011. He was occupying the 4,200-square-feet unit on the 27th floor. The Trump Park Avenue itself is valued at around $142 million.
