Donald Trump transforms his estates into private clubs. Most of them are open for public rental. Mar-a-Lago is a popular wedding venue, including for Donald’s son himself, Eric Trump, who got married here two years ago.
Trump bought this 213-acre property in 1985 for $10 million. Today, it is valued at $250 million. It is definitely the most expensive private property in Florida.
This estate was originally built for elite, such us the U.S President. Should he won the election, that plan may work out eventually.
