This 70-story skyscraper was the tallest building in the world from April to May 27, 1930. Back then, it was known as Bank of Manhattan Trust building or Manhattan Company Building.
Believe it or not, this was only worth $1 million when he bought it in 1995. But after renovation and development, now it is worth $260 million, according to Forbes in 2006.
