Due to a special method of preparation which includes the dough being made 72 hours in advance and rested and the need of special ingredients, the making of this pizza requires advance notice.
Toppings include three different types of caviar,bufala mozzarella,lobster from Norway and Cilento and finally, the pizza is lightly dusted with hand picked grains of pink Australian sea-salt from Murray River.
