Despite making the news headlines for all the wrong reasons, Tiger Woods’s hard work in the last 20 years should not be forgotten. Especially his contribution in charity. In 1996, he founded the Tiger Woods Foundation.
This charity foundation focuses on youth education. It works to provide college access for under-served youth. The Tiger Woods Learning Center is serving more than 150,000 middle and high school students.
The foundation also offers several events involving Tiger Woods to raise money. One of them is Tiger Jam where concerts and parties are held to raise money. Until today, $17 million has been raised through this event.
