Throughout his career, this legendary football player has dedicated his life to charity. He is UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador. He has both personally donated and helped raise million dollars of fund. The biggest contribution was when he donated his $4 million salary to local children.
Beckham also founded his own charity foundation called The Victoria and David Beckham Charitable Trust to help disabled children. It has raised around $800,000 spent on wheelchairs for children.
UNICEF dedicated a special program for Beckham’s 10 years of charity work with the organization. It is called 7. Named after his legendary jersey number.
