4. Three marriages, two divorces
Let’s get away from politic and economy for a while, shall we? They say that behind a great man is a great woman. Well, this great man has three.
He’s been married three times in his life. The first wife is Annaliese Witschak, a German immigrant who lost her parents during the war. They married in the 1960s and divorced around twenty years after. From this marriage, Soros got three children.
On the same year, Soros married Susan Weber who is twenty five years younger than him. But the marriage ended also around twenty years after. And together, they have two children, including the most popular one, Alexander Soros.
And then, four years ago, Soros married someone half his age, Tamiko Bolton. He married the health care consultant in a lavish wedding ceremony. Three heads of state were among the guests who witnessed Soros putting a Graff wedding band on Tamiko’s finger.
