Another tough restaurant to get into in the US is Chef’s Table.
With only 18 seats, Chef’s Table is not located in the usual glitzy spot, but in Brooklyn. But with 3 Michelin stars, we can pretty much agree that this is a fancy spot.
The reservations are made 6 weeks before, and only on Mondays, starting 10:30. That is the time to call in and book your spot for the sixth week coming. But make sure you call fast, because in less than an hour and a half all the spots are booked.
The only problem is that you have to book in pairs of 2 or 4, so make sure you choose your party right. If you are one of the lucky ones to get in, be sure you are privileged, because more than 1000 requests are made per week.
For $225 you get the 20+ course menu, which is a big secret, the restaurant not allowing people to take pictures.
