Swedish goaltender Henrik Lundqvist has played for the New York Rangers since 2000.
Lundqvist won both of the most prestigious Swedish ice hockey awards in 2005, the Golden Puck and the Golden Helmet, and he’s had the most wins out of any Rangers goaltender in their history. With his $10 million salary and $60 million contract with the Rangers, Lundqvist is one of highest paid goaltenders in the NHL, getting the majority of the cash in the first season as part of a front-load deal.
