12. Carolyn Murphy – earned $4.5 million in 2015
Like Kate Moss, Carolyn Murphy is 41 and still extremely successful in the modelling world.
Murphy started modelling when she was 17 and worked with major photographers such as Steven Meisel and Mario Testino. She was VH1 and Vogue‘s Model of the Year in 1998, covered Sports Illustrated in 2005 and has dabbled in acting a little bit too.
Continuing to be a designers’ favourite, Murphy was featured in a 2015 Oscar de la Renta campaign, and is the face of MaxMara’s Spring Summer 2015 campaign too.
