9. Alessandra Ambrosio – earned $5 million in 2015
Brazilian-born Alessandra Ambrosio is one of the most recognisable Victoria’s Secret Angels.
She won a 1996 modelling competition, searching for Brazilian talent, and launched her career internationally. Ambrosio has covered Elle, Cosmopolitan, GQ, Harper’s Bazaar and Glamour. She’s also walked for Fendi, Calvin Klein, Oscar de la Renta and Givenchy, amongst many, many others.
As well as modelling, Ambrosio has designed her own swimwear range and a fashion and lifestyle rand called Ále by Alessandra, which has contributed to her status as one of the highest paid models in the world.
