It’s about much more than point and shoot for these highest paid photographers
The highest paid photographers in this list are everything from contemporary artists to photojournalists, celebrity portraitures to social commentators. The one thing they all have in common is that their work sells for a fortune and they’d be an expensive addition to your wedding.
Photography is an occasionally derided art form, sometimes accused to be too simplistic or easy – something that anyone can do. The highest paid photographers on this list prove the sceptics wrong, with their thought-provoking, popular, controversial, striking and intelligent work.
From fashion shoots to war zones, these are the highest paid photographers in the world.
