1. Morgan Norman
Swedish native Morgan Norman graduated from the Gamleby School of Photography in 2003 and began working as an assistant to Carl Bengtsson.
Primarily interested in portraiture, Norman’s photographs are often dark and moody in parts, allowing colour to be captured in others. The fashion press love him for this particular reason, as the tonal changes in his work capture movement and shape in fabric particularly well.
Much of his work includes portraits of significant Swedish figures, as well as international stars. Norman has also branched out into short film production, and recently directed a trailer for the Royal Swedish Ballet’s production of Don Quijote.
