10. Marco Grob
Most people have seen Marco Grob’s work before, familiar with his portraiture and even more familiar with his subjects.
Swiss-born, Grob was a still life photographer for twenty years and then changed his approach in 2003, becoming much more interested in portraiture. He has worked with major actors, actresses and stars, as well as a number of heads of state, including President Obama and former president Bill Clinton.
Some of his most profound pieces are part of ‘Beyond 9/11’ which includes a documentary and 40 portraits of 9/11 survivors.
