6. Sergio Aguero ($24 million)
In 2011, Manchester City signed Sergio Aguero. He is still playing for this one of the most valuable soccer clubs until the 2018-2019 season. City is paying him $17 million per year for a good deal. Aguero is the club’s top scorer.
With such skills in addition to his good look, Aguero is like a burning light to moths. Many international brands offer him a piece of paper to sign along with buck load of money to earn. Among those are EA Sports, Toilette, Puma, and Pepsi. He is currently earning $7 million per year from his sponsors.
Also known as Kun, Aguero has planned his retirement. When his contract with City comes to an end, he wants to return to the club where he started his professional career, Independiente, back in Argentina.
Aguero is only 28-year-old now, though. He still has at least a couple of years in his pocket to keep playing as one of the world’s best strikers.
