10. Keith Underwood ($200 per hour)
Keith Underwood (right) learned this artwork from the late Mike Malone (left) which was a legend and one of the world’s best. It was a tragedy when tattoo community lost one of its best. Mike Malone, also known as Rollo Banks, was the apprentice of another legendary tattoo artist, Sailor Jerry.
Keith is known for his American street shop styles which is the golden era of American tattoo artwork. To get one of this tattoos inked on your skin by Keith, you should come to his new shop in Austin, Texas with $200 in your pocket.
This is Keith’s second shop. He first opened a shop Taylor Street Tattoo and Body Piercing in Chicago, Illinois. Then he left the shop to join Oliver Peck in a mobile tattoo career. The two traveled with Warped Tour and worked on band members, roadies, and groupies.
Besides tattoo artwork, Keith also co-owns a record label alongside his business partner, Jonathan Gill. Some of the label’s works are True Widow and Tumbledown, which is Mike Herrera’s side project.
