What is Cheval Blanc St-Barth
The property was formerly known as Hotel Saint-Barth Isle de France. LVMH’s Cheval Blanc group took it over and redesigned the hotel, which reopened under the new name. It sits on the beach at Flamands, with accommodation on the sand, in tropical gardens and on the hillside.
What are the rooms like
Categories include rooms and bungalows, Garden, Tropical, Ocean and Beach Suites, and larger villas. Beach Suites sit right on the sand with private infinity pools, and Flamands Villas offer several bedrooms, pools and private beach access.
Our original feature described suites of 60 to 150 sq m (645 to 1,590 sq ft) and two Flamands Villas of 400 sq m. Counts and layouts have changed since, so confirm the exact line-up with the hotel.
What is there to do
The hotel offers a spa, beach club, pool, yoga studio, gym and kids’ club. Dining runs from the beach at La Cabane to La Case by chef Jean Imbert. Experiences have included yacht cruises, private picnics on a deserted island and shopping with a personal assistant.
