We are now in the spectacular region of Apulia, outside Bari and close to the Adriatic Sea where the Villa Di Gioia is located.
A family welcome house, designed as an open space in harmony with the region, the construction of the villa was completed by Pedone Working in 2011.
To put it simply, this is the type of house you buy after you sell your company of a tens of millions of dollars!
The house is suitable for typical Mediterranean lifestyle, just as you may think, is a place where you and your family can relax in a perfect modern home in Italian style.
We know that the Italian people are always looking for the best, and they don’t stop until they get it; this is kind of the same thing, he wanted a modern white place in Italian style, he got it.
But not many people can live in this luxury place. Why? Because of its transparency, which is also an advantage for the home when the sun rises, it gives the entire home a bath in sunlight. Which if you ask me, is a great feeling to have, because the sun can give you power.
Another advantage and asset of the house is the white concrete walls and the panels of glass. It makes this home to be amazing by its simplicity.
I always say that simplicity is the best and this house agrees with me. The insulated windows with triple glazing for low emissions have replaced the classic windows and its one more step ahead to perfection.
But there is more! The central decorous connects the exterior with the interior living environment. It gives you the space and the simplicity you need in your life, with the help of the modern minimalist furniture with a little drop of colour.
The kitchen, the living room and a couple of other rooms (different size rooms) are located at the ground floor. The connection between the bedroom and the sleeping areas is made by a open staircase.

The person who made this was obviously a good designer (Pedone Working) because he managed to capture the modern and the simplicity in this Italian Luxury- Villa Di Gioia. Also he managed to use the regional design which makes it more amazing and luxurious.
