The Lake Villa was designed by the Swedish architect John Robert Nilsson in 2007 and it’s supposed to provide a remarkable floor flow outside and inside the house.

The floor plan of James Bond’s Swedish Lake Villa is represented by a rectangular shape divided into a social and a private wing. The private “sphere” features bedrooms, bathrooms and an outstanding living space.
