The KZ Architecture‘s job was to design a artist studio for a mother of three children and to redesign the outdoor places. They also added a painting studio, a bathroom, an office, outdoor terraces and a barbecue area, making the Lakewood Art Studio a dream home for the happy owners.

” Despite the restrictions and limits on glazing/mullion ratios of the South Florida hurricane building code, the project aimed to connect the interior spaces to the outdoors in every possible way.
