Dubai Set To Get Luxury Floating Private Island Villas
These are the best luxury floating private islands villas from Dubai.
The project looks quite impressive with 300 private islands in the shape of the continents of the world off the coast of Dubai.
However, the luxury floating private island villas are an upcoming project set to happen in Dubai.
As you know, Dubai is one of the most expensive cities in the world. The floating private islands villas are close to the palm Jumeriah between the Burj Al Arab and Port Rashid.
The world most ambitious project will soon commence with a set of super luxurious floating private island villas.
The private villas are an archipelago of 20 man-made islands built in the shape of Australasia. Every single one of these islands is set to have just one luxury villa with its own private beach.
The project will be a delight for the rich people who are always looking to stay in luxurious villas with breathtaking views.
The money spent will be “floating” in Dubai, and the concept of having your own private island at a stone’s throw from the bustling city is selling like hot chocolate.
But the most amazing thing about the floating islands from Dubai is the fact that you can design the island as you desire and are answerable to no one but yourself.
The next project that has everyone is waiting eagerly for are the 42 villas on a cluster of six islands on the World Islands project, that are designed to have two floors above water level and one level underwater.
Developer Oqyana Real Estate announced a while ago that it signed a deal with floating island expert Dutch Docklands to create the archipelago.
“Having your own private island close by a world class city will be a unique opportunity for a very selective group of people that only want the best.
This new development will diversify the already impressive Dubai real estate market to a new level of luxury,” said Paul van de Camp, CEO of Dutch Docklands.
Up to 70 per cent of the islands were sold when the project was originally launched in 2005, but work stopped after developers were hit during the financial crisis in 2008/2009.
